What is the ring made of?

The Ceramic Look series is inspired by handcrafted ceramics and made with a mix of durable epoxy composite and clay. It has an integrated TNG-compatible NFC chip and a lightweight ergonomic ring core.

The product is described as waterproof and heat-resistant. Its look is ceramic-inspired; the material is not ceramic.

When will my ring arrive?

Pre-orders are delivered within 14–21 business days. The optional VIP Priority Order is listed at RM70 for delivery within 5–7 business days. Confirm the current delivery terms when ordering.

What does the warranty cover?

The ring includes a 5-day functionality warranty from purchase. Keep your receipt for claims.

Covered: malfunctions caused by faulty modification within those 5 days.

Not covered: physical damage, moisture, unauthorized repairs, or misuse.

Can I exchange a ring if the size is wrong?

No. Products cannot be exchanged due to incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements and consult the size guide before placing your order.
